Dr. 波林Milwood is a 2011 Fulbright Scholar and graduate of Temple University’s School of Tourism & Hospitality Management. She received her bachelor of science in hotel management and executive MBA in general management from the University of the West Indies at Mona, 牙买加. Dr. Milwood has 25 years of managerial experience in 牙买加’s hospitality sector. 
 
Her research focuses on entrepreneurship and innovation, social innovation performance, and the strategic behavior of DMOs in tourism destination networks. She has presented at numerous international conferences and is the recipient of the 2014 Best Paper Award for the Advances in Destination Management Conference in St. 瑞士圣加仑州.  
 
Dr. Milwood has published in peer-reviewed journals on subject areas which include the role of DMOs in the orchestration of innovation networks; entrepreneurial ecosystems in tourism; and social innovation performance among hospitality and tourism MSMEs in the Caribbean. Dr. Milwood reviews for several hospitality and tourism journals and serves on the Editorial Review Board for 旅游评论
 
At 宾州州立银行, Dr. Milwood teaches hospitality-centered courses in entrepreneurship and innovation, 战略管理, revenue management and multi-level courses in food production and service management. 

Dr. Milwood currently serves on the 宾州州立银行 Committee for Diversity, 股本, Inclusion and Belonging and as club Adviser to the Black Student Union.
